Pakistan’s Caretaker Premier Arrives in Kuwait on Official Visit

Pakistan’s caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar arrived in Kuwait on an official visit on Tuesday evening.

During his visit, Kakar will meet with Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

Several memorandums of understanding are expected to be signed in various sectors including manpower, information technology, minerals and mining, food security, energy and defense.

On Monday, Kakar arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a two-day visit and met with President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.

They discussed a host of regional and international issues, including “deteriorating human rights and humanitarian situation in the occupied Palestine,” according to the Prime Minister’s Office.
